POSTAGE AND HANDLING TERMS

Postage and Handling

  • Standard Retail orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
  • Custom made-to-order, large bulk orders and wholesale orders may have a longer processing and handling time.
  • No items will be posted until all funds have cleared in our Square or bank account. 
  • Orders are sent via Australia Post in most cases. Occasionally orders may be sent via a courier company.
  • Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping applies to all products, and will be calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
  • We ship to all locations within Australia.
  • All mail is subject to Australia Post timings and terms and conditions.
  • Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
  • Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a knock on the door or a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office. A signature is required for collection.

  • Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number which will be sent to you once the item has been dispatched and accepted by the nominated Courier company.

  • We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer. Australian buyers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, etc may need to collect from their nearest freight depot or Post Office.

Shipping Fees (subject to change at any time)

We will endeavor to keep this list of fees up to date but prices are subject to change, when Courier Companies or Australia Post increase their fees. If you are unsure or have questions, please contact us.

Small Parcel – $10.90
Medium Parcel – $14.80
Large Parcel – $18.65
Large Parcel – $22.45 up to 5kg
All orders over 5kg are charged $22.45 plus $3 extra per each 1kg over 5kg

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Orders

  • We take pride in ensuring our products are packed securely and leave our premises in good condition.
  • We will not be responsible for any delays, lost, stolen or damage to your order during transit, once it leaves our premises.
  • There is no refund, returns or exchange on orders that are delayed, lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
  • We will however help you to take steps to find a resolution by putting you in contact with Australia Post, or the courier company if your package is delayed, lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

International Orders

  • International shipping upon application.
  • Contact us to see if we ship our products to your location, and to provide a postage quote.
  • For all international orders it is the customers responsibility to make sure Mallorys Jerky is allowed to be imported into their country before ordering as sales are not refundable. 
  • Mallorys Jerky is not responsible for any products or orders that are seized or destroyed by international customs or other agencies. No refunds will be given if this occurs.
  • The customer is responsible for all import fees, duties and taxes.
  • The customer is responsible for any penalties or fees for importing prohibited goods.

Change of delivery address

  • At checkout you are able to enter your delivery address for your order. This will be the address we will send your order to.
  • If you have supplied an incorrect delivery address, contact us as soon as possible to amend the address.
  • The delivery address detail changes can be made up until the order has been processed.
  • We will do our best to accommodate all address changes before your order is processed and handed over to the shipping company.
  • If your order has already left our premises, we will put you in touch with Australia Post or the Courier company so you can follow it up with them.
  • If you are purchasing jerky or marinades as a gift, we are happy to send the order directly to the gift recipient. Contact us before placing your order, so we can make sure we send it to the correct address. 

Order Cancelations

  • Cancellations can be made if Mallorys Jerky is notified within one hour of placing your order, and before the order has been processed.
  • If the order has been dispatched for delivery, Mallorys Jerky reserves the right to refuse order cancellation.

Undeliverable Orders

  • If your order is returned to our warehouse due to a wrong address, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused, our team will get in touch to resolve the issue.
  • If the parcel was returned due to a mistake in the delivery address provided, refused delivery or unclaimed items, there will be a fee to reship the item to you.
